I just began my journey late July so mine are still pretty short, it's been 3 weeks since my hair has been washed okay im getting off track, how on Earth do you use the comb if it's already twisted, I'm so lost :(
@napturalyeen109 жыл бұрын
You don't use a comb. Lol. Just twist with your fingers.
@naturalbeauty02149 жыл бұрын
Lord Dave Bradley Sorry about the late reply, I didn't see this one until someone commented. You can use the comb to retwist only the new growth or part that is not yet twisted or loc'd. If the comb is too difficult, as stated above, you can use your fingers (palmroll). Whatever is easiest for you, you know....
@kellyluv849 жыл бұрын
Just Palm roll never twist with the fingers locs need to be palm rolled

what should I do to my hair prior to starting comb twist?
@cenazibeats70288 жыл бұрын
Locs look good by the way also why is that people with afro hair can have more and thicker locs than someone with straight hair
@mykiamoto71458 жыл бұрын
because of the texture of our hair. it's naturally thicker and coarser so it's easier to loc and will naturally do it by itself also
@zinnia45158 жыл бұрын
because of the texture. straight hair won't hold easily ☺

I'm considering joining the army in a few years and I wanted to know if you were still in the army? If so what hair styles did you do that were within regulation? Also if you are still in the military how are you able to have dreads and be within regulation? If you could help me that would be great thanks.
@JowieMaster10 жыл бұрын
Thank you, that's really helpful. If you don't mind another question how are the regulations used to get away with sister locs? Because they are neatly kept and uniformed but they are still dreads. Do you have any insight into how the regulations can be used to get away with sister locs?

***** That's good that it didn't hurt :) I'm white and have straight hair so I have no clue about how it works and that. To me it looked like it would hurt, and is also time consuming.
