I remember sitting in this Inner Awakening session, filled with so much excitement and anxiety. Quite honestly, I dreaded the thought of using another person as a mirror to empty my system of all of these pent-up incompletions I carried around. But this brings so much relief and awareness into our Being. It is creating breathing space when we complete with ourselves and others. I found most people very open and receptive to the completion process, especially when I framed it as my taking responsibility for completing the past situations. More and more, it becomes part of our fundamental cognition and we experience glimpses of Oneness. Thank you Swamiji, for helping us all so tremendously.

Please understand that it is us who messed up everything in our lives and it is us who need to repair everything! Unless we decide to repair it nothing can be done, we can't be helped..... great wisdom as always :) Thank you Swamiji!

The completion technique brings so much peace into my life, first accepting that I am causing conflicts and taking responsibility for them and that I, and only I, can clear the atmosphere for hurt feelings and I need to complete for them

I am very grateful for this explanation of the completion process, Swamiji. It helps me to be more prepared when I am ready to complete with someone so I don't have erroneous, incomplete thoughts churning around in my head about how the other person might be perceiving me as I am moving through this completion process with them --- thoughts that, actually keep me from being in completion with the process itself. Having come from a past of being a "people pleaser" and not wanting to "rock the boat" and wanting to "keep the peace" it has been a challenge for me to approach others with completion when they "might" be thinking, "Oh, this completion stuff is so ridiculous. I wish she would just shut up and act normal, etc. etc." Coming from a place of powerfulness, responsibility and completion with the completion process itself rather than feeling small, insignificant and awkward as I approach people with completion will help others to be more open to this process of making the whole planet more complete - one person at a time, beginning with myself - completing me - and, hopefully, completing the other. Thank You, Swamiji.

This is such a powerful technique to drop the hangovers from the past related with others. A couple of months ago, I had a completion with a devotee whom I had incompletion with for many years. At first, I allowed him to speak and I just listened. I realised that it was futile to justify what I did at the time etc. The moment I declared my completion with him NOW so that the future is a pure future not tainted by the past. It was done! :D

Saying sorry to others is not completion. Dropping the pattern within our space towards the others is completion. Thank you Our beloved Swamiji for clarification. Wow🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I believe I'm hearing this possibly and correct me please: Completion is not about saying sorry; the other person(s) either have heard those words too many times or resentment over sees its value. By taking ownership for your own part you are excepting responsibility for your own behavior and actions. And rather than asking for forgiveness and saying sorry, You must ask "How can I make things right" and allow them to respond. And finally excepting what you can not change at that point, and moving forward toward a solution either with the other person(s), or continuing with your own personal journey is ultimately the purpose of this exercise. It worked for me. Namaste Swamiji

Completion with other starts with the decision that completion with others needs to happen. First you have to take responsibility for everything around yourself, and decide that completion is necessary . Completion with others is not saying 'i am sorry', it is not apologising. It is not about being wrong or right. completion comes out of responsibility, not out of powerlessness. Feeling sorry comes from powerlessness. It is about declaring to drop the past and the incompletion. You will see that as soon as you do that, others will also up to completion.

COMPLETION a self improvement and correction process seeing my reflection in mirror of mind. Mind is like a plane glass with coat of mercury on other side that gives reflecting property to mirror. quotes from parables of sri Ramakrishna.. you need light behind and observing your virtual image reset self, like you do for shaving...make yourself simple, honest, clean and clear and cheerful ...and radiate peace and bliss like perfume that comes from flower. wonderful step by step procedure illustrated by guru.n

the completion process i did during Inner Awakening was very strong and powerful. It helped my relationship with my friends and family grow stronger and i was finally able to let go of so much pain and drama. i strongly recomend IA and completion to everyone
Complete with the people living around you..Just be open and extend yourself for them in the space of completion. Completion is not apologising.(out of powerlessness). Completion is Making conscious decision to drop any hurting incompletion or hang over of the past with others and dropping all judgements or conclusions of right or wrong or pointing out others with reasons or abusals..Completion is deciding you wont create any incompletions any more ..Taking responsibility for bringing completion space in you and completion with others.....Completion with everything around you is to complete with every objects like wealth, house, etc.. because it is a living part of your life....

If the other party is a very abusive parent, the 'completion' often can only be accomplished by wishing them well but completely removing yourself from their lives. YOUR completion does not mean that THEY suddenly change and become someone you can now feel safe around. No. I think that rarely happens. But you can walk away in a non-judgmental manner and begin to live your own life with self-love and integrity. Will the full psychological healing of years of abuse suddenly be erased. NO. Not in my experience (and please believe me, I have experienced exactly this dynamic in my own life).

See... about the past, no-one can say 'you are wrong' or 'you are right'... completions is not feeling sorry for the past but deciding: "I am dropping this incompletion, hangover of the past and I will not allow it to happen once more" completion is actually responsibility, not apologizing.

Just a question....once we drop our hurt and undergo a completion do we have to start afresh with that person. I mean if the person is abusive by nature do we have to start the cycle with them again or is it okay to cut off ties with them ( to protect yourself from being in the same situation again) after completion? Thanks
@rightsideupvt8 жыл бұрын
Apologie is not completion---deciding to drop hurting pattern in my life---any hurt feelings---any misunderstanding---I am deciding to drop that pattern---deciding not to give life to it again. It is not apologizing---not feeling sorry for the past---I am dropping this hangover of the past---deciding not to let this happen once more.

+toddyoga I think what Swamiji says that apologizing may happen (in another discourse). But that is not the only thing. It may happen as part of it. But not out of powerlessness. It takes many forms.
