It's really helpful. But Seems like the key point is still missing. I understood all details added in a spreadsheet. How we can conclude that It's feasible to do Turo business in this area? Because I seen in ur spreadsheet that most of are have less than 10 trips with this vehicle and being hosted in Turo for more than 2 years and only having one or two vehicles in their fleet. So, They only did 10 trips in entire 2 years? So, how we can conclude that is feasible to do in that specific area?

Hey, that is an extremely valid question! There are a ton of factors which can contribute to a hosts occupancy and book rate. The most common reason I have found for Turo hosts to have very little trips completed is because they do it as more of a side hustle and make their vehicles availability very limited. Unless you are renting out a very common economy vehicle, it will be hard to find a ton of data on them. There tends to be limited data available for premium and luxury vehicles. Unfortunately, there is no straight answer and formula to making a conclusion. You do have to put some subjective thought and inference on how you think this vehicle will perform in your geographic location. For example, is no host renting out the vehicle since it just not profitable or is this an opportunity within the market. If you need some help on analyzing your data you collected, I would love to help as I know it can be really confusing looking at a large sheet of raw data. Hope I could be of some help!

@@krishnamehta Thank you for quick response. I am from snow area in winter time at USA. Per my experience and knowledege, Luxury SUV 4x4 can able to work at my area. I did some maths. If I dedicate my vehicle just for Turo and I rent out 20 days out of 30 days, then I can make only around $500 per month. So, Is it really worth of Turo model? Do you think so we can get at least 20 days per month in average rent out if my vehicle will be fully dedicated for Turo?

What about if your trying to figure out what type of car in your area is the most sought after to ensure the car you buy to rent out won't just sit there?? Don't feel like this video helped me to pick a car to specifically rent out.

Unfortunately there’s so straight forward answer to that. However I found that Turo usually creates a yearly report if you Google it abbot the 10 most popular vehicles rented out in your area. To find the best vehicle to rent out I would recommend taking about 2-3 hours to analyze each make and model on a Google sheets and compare from there.
