Your so inspirational thank you this was so helpful. But it would be amazing if you could make a tutorial on I don’t know what they are called but when you roll it from one elbow to your back then to your other elbow and another one on when you have it in one hand it and goes across your back to the other hand I saw them both in around a minute in to your college audition video
