Does FSSAI verify the rent agreement by calling the landlord? My landlord agreed to Zomato Cloud Kitchen registration but is reluctant to provide the rent agreement as FSSAI registration address proof? What to do please suggest. In the rent agreement, his Aadhar and phone number are mentioned.

hello, I am from Bangalore and want to start Cloud Kitchen from our home. I have 2 queries 1. Electricity Bill on the name of Persons who is applying or Spouse name is okay, or Building owner name is okay, will Rental Agreement or Sales Agreement. As we need to use Oven as well, as planned. 2. Should the name of Kitchen be decided and on that name the License is applied, or the Person who is starting that name to use for Fssai license.

No. Basically FSSAI wants to know if you are only using electrical appliances for cooking. Such as Electric Heater, Microwave, etc. But if your cooking is mainly on GAS and using additional appliances such as mixer or juicer, then category shall be "No Electricity"
