No.As I understood there is Max cap of 50 %of the item price .for example rs.100 item price and order comes from 10 km . Zomato will charge 14. + 5 % gst which is around in total tal rs.15/ And they will ded max rs.32

Why everyone is just mentioning that it's bad idea to get listed on swigy or Zomato My pov is If we get listed on these platforms and our sales get increased volume of sales will be high which will lead to decrease in cost per unit and in long term you will get good profit I agree commission is high but you can see they are increasing ur market reach , leading to increase in number of orders providing advertisement facility and food delivery too think about it if you have to do this all by yourself and manage it too So according to me its not bad idea to get listed because if you won't and your competitors get listed or some new competitor get listed then it can shake your current business too and u may not able to survive in long term Think about nokia and other phone company u will get it what I want to say Not in favour of any company just wanted to know why people are not thinking about it in this way

What you are saying works in theory not practically because the reach they actually give you is only a few 5-10 orders with difficulty especially for new restaurants which are unknown, have no visibility or brand recall. If you are an established restaurant then probably it will add more volume to your orders, but for upcoming and struggling restaurants this is detrimental. Dont expect that just because you are listed on zomato or swiggy that you will get good orders even after spending money on paid ads.

But today I connected with Customer Service and mentioned by them "We would like to inform you that there is a service fee of 12% and a fulfillment fee will be charged at a rate of Rs 14 per kilometer. The fulfillment charge is essentially the fee paid by you to Zomato for delivering orders to customers, ensuring that orders are delivered perfectly within the specified time. The total capping will be till 30% or the order value" Example: Suppose if a order of 150 Rs comes from 4 km Base commission will be 12% of 150 that is 18 Rs Fulfillment fee will be 14 Rs per km, for 4 km it will be 56 So as per calculation total commission will be 18 + 56 =74 And 74 is clearly more than 30% of 150 In this case commission charged will be 30% only which is 45 Can you please add your input so that I'll be easy to take my decision?
