Great stuff. You can combine the SORT 5S section along with the T.R.A.F system - Trash It / Refer It / Action Item It / File It. (this TRAF system is great for office type work environments that. I learned from a time Management class. The TRAF system can also be used for PC/Computer files or E-mails Inboxes. Only 4 possible things to do with any piece of paper on your desk.If it goes into an Action Item then the action item needs to be on your calendar / To Do Master List or Tickler system. Keep up the good work.
