How to do "lectio divina" as a form of biblical meditation ("Ways of Praying" series)

Thank you very much for uploading this very informative video! I will have a go at the traditional method you laid out. It seems as if it is a method of reading the bible which really gives God the time to speak back to us. A time for us to set aside and listen to Him more attentively. Also if we were to set aside the same time every day to do this (say 7am for example) it would be like God would know that that is the time we dedicate to waiting to hear from Him. And I feel like maybe He might like that?? ☺️☺️ 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Interesting that lectio is spelled with a ‘ct’ but pronounced with an ‘x’ sound.
