How to do Mapping Run of iRobot Roomba and Braava for the first time? - iRobot Mapping in Home App

The model 975, has no map button, same issue reported by many of you. Frankly it is a very expensive robot and contrary to what they make us think there is no good personnalization available in the app, favorite menu is a joke. There are cheaper model in other brand that do better ... if only I knew it !

I just got the i3, it says it has mapping, I see no map button either.

The app in the US appears to require that one delete the prior map to perform a training run. Thus, it does not appear that one can do several training runs.

Any additional suggestion for mapping with the 900 that has no button. Mine seems disoriented sometimes.

I have the mop and when I do a mapping run, it cleans when it says it’s not supposed to

I'm running into the same thing, I have the i3 and there is no map button! Driving me nuts

So far i tried 3 times it is always incomplete or canceled. Gets stuck or bumper message. I think im gonna have to put 2 × 4 wood down to block it from going under bed and dressers O that song is the bomb 💣

@@michaelhighstead7047 I have the 980 (not cheap) and it can and would build maps if only the idiot programmers would do a version update on the software. It’s frustrating the hell out of me because I think the product is excellent, does a fantastic job in our home and we have two spaniels. But please get through to someone with a bit of common sense and make these simple software amendments! :0)
