I am continuously following your videos.. I am practicing Yognidra and Morning affirmation for las 1 month.. A month ago I was very stressed with my business progress and with my personal psychological state.. But now I am very positive, Very Happy. Its really works... Thank you so much Sir.. Everything is changing in my life..I am practically enjoying these changes... Growing Financial wealth needs time.. But Psychological status is changing very fast... Everyone should follow your videos...

@@navdeepkaur7039 meditation two times krta hu ek Baar Baar morning time or night time shuru two minutes se aur ab jab bhi main low feel krta hu ya kabhi kabhi becheni hoti hai toh tabhi meditation krna shuru kar deta hu pranayam asan morning time or night time sleep meditation krna shuru kar diya tha ok ji or mujhe is se jyada knowledge nhi hai Dear

I am suffering from a little stress in body and mind. For the first time , I did this meditation and has relaxed me extensively. I am quite sure , after 21 days of prescription by Dr Peeyush, it will give me immense benefits. For other followers of this mediation by Dr Peeyush , I shall keep the progress in self , posted after experiencing the medication. I hope , followers too will benefit , if the same is followed. - Binoy , Navi Mumbai.

M pehle sochta tha k meditation krne se kuchh nhi hota but ab kuchh din se mujhe positive vibes aane lagi hai , ab m daily meditation krne lga hu , i must be won one day bcz i have faith in meditation now , sbko meditation krni chahiye Be happy

Bhaiya main meditation lagbhag two and half years se dono time daily continuously kar rhi hun par bina kisi mentor ke . Aur sach kaha rhi hun aaj jo feel hua wo kabhi nhi hua,. I am feeling like my whole body mind and soul is rejuvenated, A wave (tarang) si pure brain mein, uthne lgi hai wo main abhi tak mahsoos kar pa rhi hoon. Perhaps now I am sure I can learn about meditation and it's true way of doing. Lots of thanks. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Sir muje 24 hour headache ho raha tha ..koi table asar nhi kar rHi ..muje mere Dr me meditation ke liye bola ..aapka video dekha medi.kiya ..waps usko chhodne ka man nhi kar Raha wo dhyan itna jyada relief de raha ..sir ..thanks

Jab aapne sarir ka wajan ko mahsus krne ko kaha tb maine ak alag sa chij mahsus kiya, lga wo pura sarir me aa gya hai , mai khud ko hwa me mahsus kr pa rha tha, anokha anubhav tha, thank you❤🌹 sir

में पिछले 10दिनों से ध्यान कर रहा हूं मुझे जीवन में पहली बार ऐसा महसूस हो रहा जो कभी नहीं हुआ ध्यान के साथ साथ योग और व्यायाम से सरीर में नई ऊर्जा का संचार ध्यान से ही संभव है धन्यवाद गुरुजी

I was having scitica pain in my leg when i sat for this meditation, during meditation i gave message to my mind and body to relax n concentrated on breathing, after the meditation got over...I realized all my pain was gone....thankyou so much.
