Dr. Peeyush, meri 8 yrs old daughter hai because of ur lovely voice ke saath meditation krte hue vo bilkul relax ho jati hai and she sleeps so sweet, and it's really good for as a parents, After ur meditation my mind became completely silent and empty thnx a lot, aap ek naik karya krhe hai koti koti dhanyawad 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

It's really amazing experience. Mai daily dekh kr ignore kr rhi thi n presan ho rhi thi apni life ko lekar but Aaj Maine socha ki course ke sath isko ek bar try kr liya Jaye may be kuch solution mil jaye ..... Aaj Maine first time try Kiya n I can't believe mughe apne decision ko Lena aasan ho gya man constintaly 3 option pr aakar ruk gya n aisa feel hua ki inme ek option 100% work krega..... Thank you so much for this guidance now I'll do it in the morning 4 to 4:30 I think it's give me a big impact...... thank you so much Sir thank you so much

I have started doing it and i can already feel the change. For this 30 mins of meditation your entire day becomes calmer. No matter how much tension but i m still calm. Thank you sir for this. I recommend everyone to try this just for one day and you can feel the change.

I do B4 sleeping everyday I get sound sleep whole night without any disturbance n also noticed after doing this meditation n then watching mobile for entertainment I won't get sleep properly.. so after meditate I sleep 🥰

Sir Maine apni zindigi ka rock bottom hit kr diya Tha.. mujhe suicidal feel hone lag gaya Tha.. but ye Tha galat Hai ye, mujhe Pura haq Hai khush hone ka.. apke is meditation ne meri life save kr di.. haraki pareshani abhi bhi Hai but Himmat aa gai Hai.. Thank-you sir .. 🙏
