Being that this is a tutorial, it would be more effective to use a state (not Florida) that has state income tax, required workers comp. insurance, etc so you can show how to set them up.

As the CEO of a S-corp will gusto allow you to withdraw the business earnings from a business account then pay into a personal checkings account? When you set up the main bank account. I am assuming I would then set myself up as the main employee correct?

You can simply write yourself a check or transfer the money for your business profits from your LLC’s business bank account to your personal bank account. 😉

Gusto initiates 3 separate debit transactions from a company's bank account after each payroll is submitted- employee pay, employee reimbursements, and payroll taxes.

Horrible payroll company. They do not do Direct Deposit so if they tell you they are they are not. Direct deposit does not hit your account sometime before 5PM and if a payday lands on a holiday then you get paid after the holiday even if that holiday lands on a friday. This is the only payroll company I have seen that does that. If you are looking for a payroll company, i would suggest you find another one.
