Hi , how to bring the unit rates in the boq from another sheet (vendor) priced boq for ease comparison

Press = then go the second sheet, select the value you want and press enter

@@CEPQS if I do then it is linked with the path, if file moved away in another path then it will mess up . Just to give more clarity, I am having priced BOQ containing 6 Volumes and received from more than 5 vendors, I just need to compare side by side for each bill , currently I am copying and pasting. Appreciate your help

I usually don’t like linking separate excel files to each other. But if you have to do that, make sure the comparison file and the received files all are in 1 folder and link, but as I said I don’t recommend that. One more option can be to move all the received files from vendors into the comparison file and link inside the sheet itself. It might be hard and confusing but you can simply hide all the tabs and keep the tabs of the particular supplier you are linking, and once done hide him and show the next 👍
