In Traditional, I am demonstrating the form as it should be done. If you follow along, we will be going in opposite directions. E.g. to start the form it will look like I am stepping to your right when you are supposed to be stepping left. For these sections, listen to my count while following along. Watch the video after to check if you did it properly.
