I use the first one you showed, the standing up one is not so clear when I use it so I don't And I use the pendulum and sometimes yes and no Tarot cards (just a beginner at that). But the finger muscle test I find the most accurate and maybe a little more bias proof is that you just use one hand. You simple make the OK sign and program the finger and thumb to be YES when together and NO when pulled a part. So relax your hand, then make the OK sign, ask your question and try to pull your fingers apart. When your answer is YES you cannot pull apart the OK sign no matter how hard you try, until you stop your question in your mind. It is FREAKY not being able to pull your fingers apart. So also, the one hand test (like the sticky test) is great when you're picking out produce at the grocery store. Nobody can see what you're doing so you don't look weird. Try it! Back to the pendulum, you may have done this . . . at the supermarket, just take your car keys and dangle them above the avocados to find which ones are ripe enough, or what is healthy for you to eat. Thanks for the youtube, didn't know about the scissors, the table one and the sticky fingers. I'll try them!

I struggle(d) with all the other techniques until I tried the sticky smooth one and wham! It totally works for me and I can’t understand why some people can’t use it. But I’m sure some people couldn’t get why their chosen methods don’t work for me. And it’s so simple and subtle; can be done sort of “secretly”.

How do you know you're not doing it consciously? Like, if I say my name, I know which is right so I'm expecting it to say yes. Or if I ask something and hope to get a certain answer, won't I do it consciously? I do not mean my question in a challenging way, but being new to this I find I'm anticipating what the answer is, knowing it consciously already, so I'm not sure I'm not influencing it too much with my conscious mind. I'd like to learn how to release more and let my subconscious do the talking.

@@FringePrincessyes, and also by focussing fully on the process and feeling it very consciously it may help to clear the mind of distracting thoughts, thus clearer results. i also first connect with god who resides as the SuperSoul with me inside my heart and ask answer from Him, thus i receive answer from the Highest Self and not from my possibly biased subconscious mind beliefs 🪴💚✅

Hi NiRee, I know that a lot of people use self muscle testing in this way. I use it more for testing belief statements, when using PSYCH-K. It's important to remember that this is all about self-trust, and ultimately, you know the answers to these questions. It's also important to not give your power away to something or someone else. With muscle testing, you're tapping into your higher self or your subconscious, so it's still you that's giving the answer. Perhaps do some honest journaling to bring the answers to a conscious level. And then try muscle testing and see what the answer is and how you feel about what came up. Hope this helps!

Meaning, if I pose a question to Spirit, is it the same thing as asking my subconscious ? And, if no, I assuming that muscle testing cannot be used to connect with Spirit? Would love your thoughts.

Great question! When I first learned muscle testing, I learned that it can be used to communicate with the subconscious mind and also the superconscious mind, or our higher self. The subconscious is the part of our minds that makes decisions without our needing to actively think about them. It's like a database of everything that we've ever experienced. It's not the same thing as Spirit. I'm sure different people will have a different answer to your question. In theory, everything is connected, so our subconscious would then have all the answers. I've never thought of using muscle testing to connect with Spirit. But when using muscle testing to connect with other people, you need to go into surrogation for them so you get their answers, not yours. So if you went into surrogation for Spirit, then you would get answers for Spirit. Surrogation technique is not something I can teach here, as I learned it as a part of PSYCH-K. But if you do any kind of energy healing, each system will usually have its own way of connecting with someone else for distance healing. That same connection can be used for muscle testing.

Thanks @Holly. That makes sense. One additional question, is there a way to “blind” test to be more certain the answers are coming from subconscious rather than influenced from the conscious mind and what we might know or want?
@HollyWorton
@HollyWorton 2 жыл бұрын
@@gruvinggirl You could always have someone else go into surrogation for you and muscle test for you. Or if you've got someone with you who knows how to do muscle testing with someone else, then you could ask them to test. But I have found this to be a very rewarding journey of self-trust in myself and in others!

QUESTION: In a situation where there is a question concerning if a person is remembering something correctly and therefore telling the truth about a situation, can one use muscle testing to ask them a yes or no answer to weather they are telling the truth? And would that muscle testing answer be a 100% reliable answer even though they consciously don't recall that muscle test answer as being true? Can we use muscle testing in the form of a yes or no answer to test if someone is telling the truth as long as they agree to do this testing process? And how accurate would it be if they consciously are not remembering something accurately? Thank you.

I tried this 15 years ago and it didn’t work. I still cannot tell the difference. I don’t want to say this is a hoax, but how easy is it to fake this? The problem is that if I already know the answer consciously. When I say “my name is peewee” there isn’t a difference in strength.
@HollyWorton
@HollyWorton 2 жыл бұрын
Good question. If you want to fake it, it's definitely easy. If there isn't a difference in strength when you say the wrong name, do you mean that the wrong name also tests strong? I'd say relax, have a drink of water, and try again. Or try one of the different methods. It can take a while to get the hang of it. Let me know if you need help troubleshooting.

David Hawkins talks about how some people can’t do this technique. It has to do with the level of consciousness of the person doing the test, imbalance in the chi energy/ level of integrity/. For more info see his book Discovery of the presence of God

You have to practice having complete faith that it will work. If you have doubt, you’ll always have inconsistency. Why is that? Because consciousness is the non-physical part of you; it’s the part that can sense, manipulate, and work with the cosmic forces that create whole universes (quantum physics explains 3 of these 4 extremely well, but one is still a bit of a mystery to quantum physicists-that said, there are metaphysics explanations for it all, which is the study of the non physical). Consciousness is the pure energy, and the universal consciousness is the reality of what God is (God isn’t a being, it is being, it’s a verb). Our consciousness, also known as aura, soul, essence, etc., is an individual expression of the whole. We are, quite literally, the infinite and eternal energy of the multiverse experiencing itself. We used to know this en masse thousands of years ago, but people seeking power and control have manipulated the messages of the major religions (especially Christianity and Islam) to make it seem like God is this judgmental being sitting on a patriarchal throne. In this way, they were able to justify their dictatorships for centuries. But their deception has outed now, and the world is finally waking up to the truth: we don’t need to be ruled anymore. We need true freedom, and the consciousness of the entire planet is rising as we wake up to the reality of our true nature. We are not just human. We are eternal and infinite spiritual beings, having a human experience. When you realize this, your heart and mind will open up to the possibilities and implications of this fact, and you will become enlightened. Enlightenment isn’t this special thing only the lucky few can get or deserve. It is for everyone. All you have to do is give yourself the chance to learn about it, to be open to the possibility, even for a minute. After all, what’s the harm in pretending it’s real for a few minutes to learn about it? You can always go back to your old belief system if you don’t like it or think there’s any validity. But I can promise you, as someone who woke up for real about 7 months ago, as someone who has finally found purpose and meaning, and eliminated years of chronic pain, anxiety and depression (I’m not even on antidepressants anymore like I was the past 6-7 years), it was worth giving something greater than myself the benefit of the doubt. Advanced sciences and maths, like quantum physics and calculus (and beyond calculus), have come far enough to support these possibilities with tremendous evidence. Modern psychology and neurology has come far enough support wisdom that spiritual masters/teachers and the greatest philosophers, innovators, philanthropists and thinkers knew without all this modern technology. And they learned it by getting quiet and learning about themselves, by connecting with their higher consciousness. Best of luck to you on your journey, friend. I hope you find the courage to give your greatest dreams a shot again.

Hey, thanks for the video! I wonder, like when i ask: " has this Emotion something to do with my mother?" And the fingers open, the muscles "relax" and i can open them with the test, does it mean, no it has not or yes it has something to do with her? Kind regards

Hi! The very first thing you need to do is to test your yes/no so you know which is which. Generally, strong is yes and weak is no. But you need to confirm that first with yourself. Good luck!

Hi Holly, I'm having some trouble with the muscle testing because I feel like I'm influencing the answer. For example, if I believe my name is not George, I feel like I'm influencing/programming my muscles. Or if I have a belief that XYZ won't happen, then the muscles are responding to my belief that it won't which may not be accurate but just a reflection of my beliefs. I'm not sure how to remove myself from it, so that the response is objective. Pendulums seem to work, but I'd prefer to figure out the muscle testing so I'm not swinging a stone around in public throughout the day lol!

@@HollyWorton I'm trying to test subconscious beliefs, but my conscious beliefs are interfering. My conscious mind knows the name of the game for a no is weak and for a yes is strong so my conscious mind is influencing the answer I'm expecting to get. So since I know my name isn't George, it's like my fingers rig the game because of my expectation of the answer. For example if I'm testing "Did this healing work?" And I consciously have doubts I don't feel the muscle test answer is reliable. Does that make sense?

@@katiechristensen9426 Got it! That makes sense. This is a very common concern for many people when they first start out with muscle testing. It's really an issue in self trust. The more you practice it, the more you'll trust yourself. Just relax and practice. Start out with "easier" things or simpler questions.
