I was an unbeliever in muscle testing and kinesiology. After watching this and performing a question-and-response test on myself, (the finger technique), I had an AHA! moment....now I am a believer. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Now I can't stop asking questions and the results are 100% accurate...Absolutely WOW!

@@pattyboucetta1897 Thank you for helping me understand the difficulties you are having. When I started testing people, it took about 6 months - 1 year before I felt comfortable with the accuracy of testing other people. Self testing is tricky because one can be biased as to the result desired, especially when testing your belief systems. I encourage people to ask questions the body already knows like testing one's name and someone else's name to practice the strong or weak muscle response. Once you get feel for it, try visualizing yourself (almost outside yourself and is if you are someone else) and testing a belief system. For example, start with a belief you already know is true about yourself and see if it stays strong; then, try a belief system that you know you don't have and see if the muscle goes weak. If you are emotionally attached to the answer, it is very tricky. I hope that helps! Let me know if I can be of further assistance.

This is helpful. I've had doctors and other healthcare practitioners use muscle testing on me since the late 80's, but I've always been skeptical, especially with self testing. With self testing, I was never satisfied that I was not receiving a result beyond what I knew to be true. I tried the arm technique expecting to get the same ambiguous results, but was surprised to get a more definite response. When I tried to trick the result by holding my interest on a distraction expecting the result would change, I continued to receive solid confirmation that my name is neither Bob, Joe, or Sue.

1:54 How to self-test different parts of the body for weakness, and especially what kind of germ(s) are there?

I figured I'd reply to the germ comment in this question here for you🙂. Self-testing is complicated at best. I have another video coming out in a week or two where I present the issue of self-testing at a talk I gave for the Elevate 2024 conference. The muscle testing I do is in a framework called TBM or Total Body Modification. We do test for different types of bacteria, fungi, and viruses and sometimes can test for specific ones. These days there aren't courses to teach a lay person's version of muscle testing to do at home to check for these things. You would have to be trained in TBM to do it as there are vials and other things needed to confirm. I hope that helps!!

If you are using an arm (full or half) to test, you may notice just a slight difference between the yes and no i.e. in some cases you may get a bit of a give (weakness) but then it is called a "lock" you feel or strength even though it moved a little. How do you self test food / supplements on your chest and muscle test with 2 hands ? Do you just ask if the supplement is healthy without touching chest?
@arizonahealingalternatives
@arizonahealingalternatives 7 ай бұрын
Thank you for the great question! There are some who use muscle testing for a supplement or food/food vial, as an example, by holding it in the hand. In Total Body Modification (TBM), we are trained to hold things to the center of the chest, where the Thymus point (immune system point) is located. You can lie down, put the item on the center of the chest, and test yourself. For a supplement, you might want to take a pill out and put it in a zip lock bag before putting on the center of the chest. You can also clip the zip lock bag with a safety pin to your shirt. There is an item made on the TBM website (tbmseminars.com) that is a crochet small bag with a necklace that can be used. In my office (since vials with substances and supplements are held to the chest to clear them), a patient made a cute little cloth bag to hold the vials for me😊. I hope this helps; please let me know if you have any other questions, and thank you again for writing!

What if you are given answers that are based on your own bias of thinking something is true? Simple questions about food, and they test yes meaning beneficial, yet come to find out those foods were not beneficial and caused an issue. It made me research muscle testing, and it seems the answers given, are merely WHAT YOU think is beneficial, will make the muscles stronger aka yes. As opposed to what your body may need. if I think this food is healthy, based on beliefs about it I may have read, If I believe it, it will test yes... But with testing, and testing that testing for proof, the things I was eating based on muscle testing results were actually doing me harm. Then once I found this out, when I tested those foods that always muscle tested as yes, then because of my new understanding, it changed back to no. Seems muscle testing is tricky. I did it for years, but havent for almost a year since it was only confirming my own bias and not what my body actually needed. Is there anyway to bypass this so one can really get real results and not what I MAY think is beneficial. I was only using it for supplements, and food choices, not beyond that.
@arizonahealingalternatives
@arizonahealingalternatives 8 ай бұрын
Thank you so much for your amazing and insightful comment and question! You are absolutely correct that muscle testing, and especially muscle testing yourself, is very tricky and subjective. If you are emotionally attached to the outcome (like with a food that you want to eat) you are likely to get the response you want vs. what is more accurate for your body. To your point, if you research something and believe it to be true, your testing will be effected. Bias (whether it is with yourself) or with a practitioner is tricky. Anyone (including a practitioner) can make what they think is a strong or weak (yes or no) response. This is why when I work on myself the results may not be as accurate, as I am emotionally attached to the outcome, no matter how detached I try to be. I also try to work with practitioners that do their best to remove their bias when working on me. When I work on patients, I won't look at the vials or things I am testing, for example food vials, to remove my bias of what I think may be wrong with the person. Once I get a confirmed yes or no, then I will look at the vial. I'm so glad you made the comment and appreciate your viewpoint, as you are stating exactly what I have found to be true both with myself and in practice. The best advice I can give is to try your best to trust yourself and not look at what you are testing if possible. You could have someone else hold the food or substance to your chest and test yourself to try to remove your bias. Also, try to clear your head (not thinking about anything) and just test. The next suggestion is to find a practitioner that can help and one where you can ask them how they work to remove their bias. I hope this helps!

Hi David! Such a great comment and question! Muscle testing yourself is difficult at best. If you are lying or even emotionally attached to the outcome of the question, both the testing arm and the arm being tested can be faulty. Honestly, it is best to teach someone else to test you if possible. If it isn't a possibility, then try your best to step back from yourself and pretend you are someone else testing yourself to see if you can tell a difference when speaking a truth (such as saying your own name) vs. a lie (saying you are someone else's name). I hope that helps; thank you for bringing up such a great question!

Hi Kathryne! I know it is very frustrating when you start to try to muscle test, especially if it is on yourself. It takes time and a lot of practice to be able to feel the difference between a strong and weak muscle response. There is a section on TBM in my "Energy Medicine or 'Woo Woo': A Nurse Practitioner's Story" video or a shorter version on just TBM that shows testing an audience member and having the audience pair up to test each other using their names. You might want to watch those as well. What I would recommmend is to try to muscle test someone else (as shown in those videos) to see if you can feel a difference. An easy way to test is to ask the person you are testing to say, "My name is" and let them use their name...the response should be strong when you test. Then, have them say "My name is Kathryne", and you should feel a weak muscle response, since the body knows that isn't true. The weak response may be a very slight movement of the arm going down and can be very subtle. Once you know what that feels like and feel comfortable try to test yourself again. Practice with that, have lots of patience, keep at it, and let me know how it goes! Thank you for reaching out!
