when I make the fractal noise layer and add a track matte from the shape to the fractal noise nothing appears? I've turned on luma matte. Can you please help

for me i moved shape layer up, fractal solid track matte to shape

@@TheMcChasey i dont remember how i got the solution but i think i used an overlay cause it looked better anyways. the fractal noise looks weird and not like real camera glitches imo
