@persephionie74125 жыл бұрын
It is completely normal! It will cause some discomfort and maybe some pain. It is just air popping and releasing :)

What kind of splits do you have to know to do a fan kick?
@zenahlarge7887 жыл бұрын
Danyka Soanes I know this is late but usually it is good to have at least one of your splits down or close to being down and maybe possibly a middle split but not all the way down just have decent hip rotation and you should be good I’m not a professional so I don’t really know but I am a dancer

how I get my leg up that high?
@despina0137 жыл бұрын
Practice kicking the strings that hang down from ceiling fans in your house, if you have any. That's how I improved. (I was also bored - but let's ignore that and pretend I kicked the ceiling fan pull cords for practice!)

+megan crane tendu fendu- its french, it literally means "stretched" and "melted". left leg is melted, or softly bent, while the right leg is stretched in front of you, and vice versa. you may not have heard of it but my teacher uses it sometimes as well
