A few rule that can be very powerful and save you a lot of anxiety and frustration are: Be very willing to support your children financially, emotionally and spiritually, allow the other parent to have some say, in all aspects of the children’s life. And whenever you see a verbal confrontation coming, just eat your ego and dismiss yourself from the situation, walk away and wait for a more plausible time. Always remember that you can postpone a disagreement until the time is less confrontational.

The game change for me was respecting the other person's time. If you're going to be late dropping/ picking up your child, just call and say we are running 15 - 30 minutes late

Since day one I gave birth, he n his family distance so now am in the process of healing....the child is only 4months old n no contact is really helping me emotionally, mentally strong No time for drama just focusing on myself n my baby ❤

@@ChocoRichard-e4w we were very fine until I became pregnant n he changed towards me, so am not surprised of their actions now I don't know wat we hv done to them, both parents don't even come to see their grandchild hmmm But it's all good
