One of the keys to this move that I haven’t mentioned yet is that as you carve your sheet out just a little bit so that you are able to lean back to carve harder and then you pull in with your back hand hard to thrust you over the sail.

Nice explanation! Difficult move I learn for a long and did couple but still not constant.

Thanks! That helps a lot. How about one on the Flaka? I`m way closer to Shakas than Flakas. I just don`t get the physics of it. Grubbies, Spocks, Shoveits no problem, but 3 years on the Flaka and pretty much zero progress.

It looks like if you are doing a sudden heli tack....So sudden that when you push the sail forward the board pops itself
