How to do the Soft Drag and Improve Your Edgework

Whether you're a beginner or an NHL player like Connor McDavid, Mitch Marner, or Elias Pettersson, our goal is to help you improve your hockey mechanics. This includes all things Downhill Skating such as lateral movement, edge work, and deke techniques.
Our training methods focus on the mechanics stacks, which is a unique approach to improving skating technique by breaking down the fundamentals of hockey and building on them on top of each other one movement at a time.

Awesome. I especially like the part about avoiding tightness in the hip and losing shin angle. That totally messes up the effortlessness of the edging, right? There's a still point in there that makes it feel like butter.
