Hello sister Torema, great video as always! Umm, just wanted to ask you if it is expected the front leg to be a bit shaky during a standing start? I mean I definitely don't like the feeling and I try to settle myself before really taking off, but seems like an art more than a skill at the moment 😄

Hey Brother Mo👋🏿 (do people call you Mo? Lol) Wouldn't usually expect the front leg to be shaking, no 🤔😅... is your front foot flat on the ground?

@@ToremaThompson A few people yes, but I mostly use Mo at Starbucks, makes it easier than "Mohit"! 😆 Well yes my lead foot is flat, but you know it could be the fancy shoes too, which have no forefoot foam, just a thick chunk in the midfoot. But with other shoes also, I guess stabilizing myself seems to be part of getting into the position.

@mohitchawla9791 😆 Is that where you work then, Starbucks? Or is that your go to coffee shop? It might be the fancy shoes 😅... but if it’s happening with other shoes as well, might just be your legs not use to holding in that particular angle 🤷🏿‍♀️... will be interesting to see what happens as you do it more.

​@@mohitchawla9791my question is how many steps are u driving sort of leant over before you are up right.. I think I would go to a track and do a bunch of these standing start till up right slow down walk, stop do it again. Keep doing it till be comes second nature. I do this fitness class with a bunch of different body weight and calithenics exercises and air assault bikes and skier's, we do like 4 or so 200meter runs through the 40 minute work out and I'm always dead last. I'm fit strong mobile all the other exercises so I want to at least be in the middle to front couple of people at least....just give it time I think. Add slow jogging at the park at night to get a cardio base with running muscles, maybe a few standing start sprints. Feel silly to worry about it but why not??? If I'm there 6 5 or 6 days a week then should act like it, get a bit more respect from the guys in the group. No one's good at everything, but if don't work at something Ur chances of improving pretty random.
