When you go to the toy chest, if you click on the bush there you'll hide in it and while you're hiding the bakar pup will run up, grab the toy and then run off with it. He disappears before you can follow but I thought it was a neat little addition anyway :)

Easy to understand and to the point, thank you! If you want some more fun/interaction on the top the hill after placing the toy there is a bush you can hide in until the thief pup shows up and you can follow him to the pile :)

If you hide in that bush near the trough where you place the toy, a pup will come & lead you right to the cave! It is too cute; he takes the sword toy to the cave & falls asleep with it!

I’m exalted with Proudmore Admirality and I was not able to speak with him either. I had to return to Maru and return back when I was on 25% with that quest.

i had the same but it was because i skipped the hill and went with 50% straight to the cave, then i went to the hill to get 75% after that i had an option to pick it up

I had the same issues. I dropped the quest and picked it back up from maru and then got the culprit is dog and went to boralus and then followed the video. Hopefully this helps.
