This is a great tutorial. The hands knees and the torso forming a feedback mechanism. Need to work on getting the back straight, will try holding with one hand as suggested. Slowly will help build strength!

I still have to support my back with my hands. Frustratingly for a short period about two years ago I was once able to do this pose but then lost it. I shall keep trying following all your guidance.🙏

As I cannot make a Lotus with my legs in the air, I sit up once to make the Lotus and then lay on my back again to get into Urdhva Padmasana. I wonder if this is acceptable.

It can be difficult at first. Keep practicing and working toward the full expression of the pose :)
