What's really been helpful is not only learning a new technique for each lesson, but also using the past 16 lesson's techniques to reinforce what's already been taught. Even though the month-long lessons were already created and have been loaded in the cue in advance, thank you again Aaron for planning well enough to help many of us newcomers to PS.

Can't believe how such seemingly small changes applied to the right areas make such a big difference to the final photo. Using curves adj layers too. Beats my method of just painting positive or negative exposure directly on the image. You're the pro Aaron! :)

Love this techniques of using curves to paint, dodge and bring life to a dull picture by bringing out shadows, details and creating an appealing contrast just by masques and brushes and using blend if . interesting . Thank you Aaron

I wouldn't mind seeing part 2 of this tutorial using the same technique used on not-so-perfect interior photo or even better... interior rendering. My renders tend to be super dark with the daylight only and when I try to lighten them up with curves, I loose too much color.

If I create a curves layer in CC 2020, my screen does not look like yours, nor can I invert the layer!
@MichaelKantormusic4 жыл бұрын
Aaron....lets grab a curves adjustment layer ....Me...now knows what to do before seeing it on the screen. EPIC !!! . I lift my coffee cup to you Aaron. PS (you need to sell some coffee cups so I can get the full PHlearn experience when watching these videos ! LOL ). The added benefit is that I can digest your other videos that you have published much better now because I am getting familiar with photoshop with the basic series (like the jellyfish in the forest video.) The next 30 day series should be another step by step but just crank up the complexity. @sonymagician
