This is f2p right? Mine is lvl 58 and only 74k pwr jinwoo. Didnt know anything about farming ceeberus and arachnid so im lagging behind on the artifacts and was especially wasting gold on bad artifacts. But im getting there after watching all these youtubers especially this channel, payneblade and wizriz, those guys reached 70k pwr insanely fast for the job rebel change.

It's low 70k is average power. Artifact's level up is main . All should be above 15+ attck crit rate crit dmg important in artifact's. I'm lvl 53 230k power f2p.
