Tried hard not to repeat myself too much in this, but it is really simple. Get a good full, get comfortable with it, play with hypers and extra halfs, eventually hold for the dub. Practice. Practice. Land the dub. Have a sip of water. Landed more dubs. Easy.

learn the "safe" tricks first like round, hook, cart, sweeps, etc. Then one of the first flips you should learn is backflip to get over the fear of inversion. Then just learn what you want so long as it makes sense (ex: don't try to double cork before having a single cork)

Can someone explain me how do you count the rotations after the full? I mean backfull can be easily seen as backflip with one complete twist, but to me the double full looks like three twists, triple full looks like four twists, etc

Yo Kyle! If you see this comment, i need some help. I used to be able to do double full, but then i developed a problem where, when i would go for single full, my body/brain would force me to do double full. It was really scary and i basically lost all air awareness, so i took a break. Now i cant do double full anymore, and im scared to try it in fear of screwing with my air awareness once again.

Yah a lot of people have had that problem (including me) best thing is just to keep going back to it and really try just focus on the single full tech. Slowly but surely you'll get your confidence back and be able to do single or double on command.
