Round off DOUBLE FULL Twist - Easy method

This is my double full or dub full tutorial. I am speaking about few points in the round off and for the twisting in general. In the round off your arms has to be wide opened to be able to twist faster and easier. This is a tumbling tutorial but you can use this technique for tricking, gymnastics etc.

I only normally twist from a backhandspring, but I was training arabians from a round-off when I decided to try the wide arms thing to see if it helped. Exactly as seen in your video it changes the angles, helps you set right up, gave me loads more height and plenty of time to do the half turn before tucking. I haven't really used it for round-off full or double full yet but maybe when I get back into a gym I'll give it a go! Thanks for the video, excellent as always.
