I wouldn't have thought this movement was possible until I saw you do it, so I guess I'll train the *other* video... The technical delivery of information has subtly improved with every video, its great to watch both of you progress as you help us to do the same in our techniques. You guys kick ass, thanks

Hey Guys. I have an important question and problem about flexibility. I have been doing karate for about six years, been climbing for about half a year, and been doing parkour for about one year. Eventho i do all these sports, whenever i try to touch my toes with straight knees, i only get a little under the knees, maybe to around the shin. I'm not really sure if it's my legs, hips, groin or, which i think, my lower back. I can easily stand in a very high bridge, kinda reverse of touching my toes, which makes me feel like my body is meant to bend that way, backwards. Do you have any tips for this particular problem? I really need some help! PS. I also have injuries in both of my groins close to the hip, do you have any tips for training that, maybe with stretching or doing some leg workout? I would really appreciate it! Of cause of anyone down in the comments knows how to help me, or been in my place, then please, what did you do, how should i fix it? I love your videos TappBrothers, keep up the good work!!

I cannot touch my toes either but I can still double Kong. It helped for me to jump really hard into it so I didn’t have to be flexible and thread my legs between my arms.

Another tip for bailing is instead of a second kong you instead leapfrog, obviously won't work so well on anything that's too wide but I found it super safe

I have been trying to do double kong but I just do something like 2 kongs and not kong then dive kong. So it doesn't look good, its hard to clear gaps and I dont raise my feet in the air so I might hit my legs to the obstacle I want to clear.

For some reason I find double kongs easier than single kongs. I think it forces me to be committed to getting my legs up into a dive position. The single Kong I keep my feet lower which makes it more difficult.
