Since the Knox will remain tripped, there is every possibility of Play Integrity Test failing. However, I'll do a relocking once I am done flashing ROMs on it and then confirm it [though keep in mind that relocking is an extremely risky process and could result in permanent brick even if a single SU binary file is present, so proceed with caution if you ever plan on doing so].
