What's the difference though between the 3 downloadables (Installer, Portable, and Portable DOS)? And also the 3 Free downloads selection (SourceForge [Fast CDN], Local [US], SAC ftp [SK])? If i'm not in the US, should i still click the Local (US)? I noticed those Free Download choices can also be seen at the middle Portable.

Installer installs the Application. Portable is already installed and can be used wherever you want without installation. DOS is for OS based on DOS. Downloads selection is how you want to download. Local is directly from the website. SourceForge will take you to SourceForge website and I don't know about the third one
