नमस्कार सर मी resale मदे फ्लॅट घेत आहे पनवेल ला, home loan ला apply केले आहे but बँक सिडको ची noc मागत आहे, तर ती मी अथवा सेलर आपण सांगितलं त्या प्रमाणे noc मिळू शकते का pls रिप्लाय Thank you.

Noc status madhe approved manun ala ahe but pay noc charges yet ahe first time apply kela hita tevha noc charges paid kele hote but ata charges payment ch option yet nhiy m tya mule noc pn yet nahiy kay karv lagel

Charges payment che option yayala kadhi kadhi 2-3 divas hi jatat tar thoda wait karun nahi ala tar cidco office Belapur la bhet dya. Tithe check karta yeil tumcha NOC che status. Tithe gele ki process karun detil te lavkar.

Sir , Cidco is not issuing NoC due to some dispute between CIDCO and our Society and bank need on urgent basis So can i get a letter from cidco regarding this

Mi noc sathi apply kela hota ani payment pn kela hota but noc cancal zali reject nhi chukun te cancelled zal m punha option ala ahe but te closure letter ani closure date date documents vichart ahet m kay kqrych ??

NOC yeun nantr cancel keli ahe tar mg ata punha NOC apply karnya sathi 5k charges bharave lagtat. But tya adhi nivara Kendra la bhet dya. Tithe sanga tyana issue tumcha. Tyani jar punha tich NOC dili tumhala tar extra paise nahi janar tumche.

I hope ata paryantar tumhala payemnt option ala asel ch. Karan 3-4 working days mdhe yeta option automatically. In case nahi ala asel ajun tar tumhala cidco nivara kendra Belapur la bhet dyavi lagel tya sathi.

Sir mi noc apply kartana maji bank ahe ti reflect nhi hot ahe option tar te boltaet ki amhi indemnity bond ne karu ani payment karu... nantr NOC apply kara

But jar bank name site varti atach reflect hot nasel tar nantr tari kas hoil.. tar tumhi cidco nivara Kendra la visit kara tyana sanga ha issue, te back-end ne kahi solution kadhu shakle tar better hoil.. and nivara Kendra mdhe hya varti solution milala tar mg tumhi bank jas bolat ahe tas process karun ghya karan NOC approve houn yayala 7-8 divas jatatch.

Me eka bank che Sanction letter NOC saathi upload kele aahe, pan mala te aata change karun dusrya bank cha sanction letter upload karaayche aahe, pan tikde kahi option yet nahi aahe change karayla. Please suggest.

Jar already ek NOC tumhala milali ahe and ata tya mdhe changes karun have astil tar tyache charges 5000 plus GST charges bharave lagtil. Online ji NOC ali ahe ti cancel karaycha option hi yeta view status option cha aat mdhe so tithe jaun Cancel karu shaktat. But better asel ki Ekda NOC sathi lagnare sarva documents and gheun nivara Kendra la bhet dya. Tithe tyncha samor ch process karun ghya

Sir mi home loan ghenysathi CIDCO NOC ghetli hoti but mala ata LOAN transfer kraych ahe so new NOC kashi ghyachi

Old NOC cancel karun new NOC apply karavi lagel. But tya sathi ata 5000 rs che charges lagtat new NOC sathi. Tar tya sathi ekda cidco Belapur office la bhet dya.

Sir bank me loan k lie jate h tb vo log bolte h ki pmay ka 2.5L apko ek baar k lie bharna hoga.n they are saying pmay scheme abhi band h.vo humko cidco ko Dena padega.confusion hai sir ki kya kare.pmay ka Jo Paisa h vo kbtk aayega n Hume loan me include krna h ki ni.please aap clear kr skte ho?

Correct PMAY normal flat ke liye abhi band hai filhaal but cidco flat ke liye already applied hai so wo milegi hi. Allotment letter me date mentioned hogi aapke ki kab milega wo paise uski. And yes kuch bank ye nahi Samjte so aap vaha se loan lo jaha pe pahele cidco ka loan kişi ne process kiya hoga so eise problem nahi hogi. Specially Navi Mumbai ke koi branch me se lelo loan because unko pata hota hai cidco process ke bare me.
