Question please: I used (MPVI 2) for years and i did not downloaded the driver as you mentioned (in the second download). Is that a new download driver?

So I’ve downloaded the VCM suite. I’m getting to the page about repair and remove. How do I actually launch the program?

@ Yeah I did. I deleted the program off my computer and re downloaded it. Then I pressed the windows button and the vcm editor and data log page was in there. I also googled it and there was a thread on a tuner forum. It was frustrating at first but after reading the thread on Google I got it. Just need some patience

They do respond they just refuse to support their product until you threaten them with the FTC, Attorney General's office for consumer fraud, they refuse to explain to people why they can't install the VCM software due to network file security settings. I'm ready for my post to be deleted again HP Tuners.

It literally shows step by step instructions. If you can't follow those then you shouldn't be using Hp Tuners.
