Thank you for putting this all together. There are a lot of mechanics and tooltips to sort through in this game that the game doesn't really do a good job teaching the player. I would love to see gameplay that highlights the things you're talking about or some visual charts that can highlight which gems or attack types excel with which types of enemies.

newworldfans.com/articles/damage-type-vs-mob-types weakness chart here. doesn't say the specific gem. i know its kind of annoying but if you need to check which gem to get for specific elemental types etc check at the stone cutting table and mouse over each gem until you find the one that matches the elemental type you are looking for. yea it would be nice to put together all that information in a little better organized visual graphics and voice over specific gameplay clips for each thing i am talking about, but just doing this on the side for fun and even this style takes alot of time! but i am doing individual weapon guides with walk thrus in dungeon's and i talk about tall that kind stuff over game play in those. i have a bunch of tanking guided walk thrus that talk about things that apply to the whole group as well but just have a couple of the dps build guide walk thru's so far. yes it would be nice if there was more information provided readily available but part of the "business' plan" around games like these are to leave some things slightly mysterious for content creation purpose of community involvement etc.

Would it be a good idea to start looking for some gear/weapons without ward/bane? I haven't played in a few months but want to get back into it with the update in October.

Hard to say. My guess is no but I certainly could be wrong. Wouldn't hurt to pick up anything on the cheap cheap or hold on to anything for now that you stumble across. Its hard to say what they are going to do but there could be a whole new tier of weapons that could go up to gs 650 and the current tier is stuck at 625. That is only speculation of course as to the type of thing they potentially could do. Imo, the best thing to do would just make sure you get everything maxed out or as close as you can in the current system to make sure you aren't behind when whatever new gear system comes out. I know some are holding back from leveling speculating they are "wasting: time/gold/shards but that could come back to bite you. Realiticly you can get gear to take you to m10 for 1k to 5k.

First of all thank you for your time this is a nice video. I found a lot of information and the game makes sens now.(I suggest that you spit what ever gum you have in your mouth sounds like you speak with your mouth full of food :D )
