My question is the trouser you posted as a bonus, is it only the hip point I’ll connect down to the hem? No addition at the center front and back? Also, will I remove the waist band from the pattern if I want to make that exact high waist pant? Thank you 🙏

So to start with you first need to know how wild you want the trouser bottom to be, once that has been taken into consideration you then need to check what you have on the hem of the actual pattern to determine what to add to it before connecting it to the hip point. On the center from and back if you’re talking about the crouch line, first you need to take your crouch measurement to your desired point, that’s how high you want the waist to be on your body, Then check what you have on the pattern crouch lines on both the front and back then let’s say you have 50cm and your body crouch measurement is 70cm which means you need additional 20cm, from the 20cm you take out your band which is 10cm that’s for 2inches band, now what you need to add to your crouch is 10cm to add that you will slash through the hips line on both the cf and cb then add additional paper of the 10cm in between the slash lines and reconnect the crouch lines. Please watch my winter set video for a practice understanding of how to add to crouch measurements. I hope this helps
