Wonderful! I love a swan neckline, Claire MCardell other designers in the 1940s used them quite a lot. I've always called it a grown on neckline, swan is much nicer! There is tutorial for it on my website: www.patterncutting.school/programs/grown-on-neckline

Thanks for this hack. Do u have suggestion on how to make draft good scallop curves? Scallops are not exactly circular shape, but are they ellipsoid, hyperbolic.. What are they exactly?

That's a good question and I think there are a lots of choices. In general, the flatter the easier to sew, which it probably why you don't get circular ones often.

You can intertwine rickrack to make a different look. I remember making roses with it, now I have to go look up rickrack variations.
