Yes you sure can top up the old with the new but you have to make sure you know what kind of antifreeze is in that vehicle if it’s orange antifreeze you have to buy orange antifreeze or you have to buy Prestone and read the label and make sure that it can be added to all kinds of antifreeze it will say right on the back

If you mix wrong antifreeze that are not the same they will gel together and screw up your system

My 2012 Dodge Journey overheats only at high rpm. I recently changed the coolant temperature sensor. I was on local roads and it was fine but as soon as I hit the highway the car overheats. When I pull over and open the hood the antifreeze is bubbling and the reservoir is almost full. Any ideas what my problem is? Any help would be great.
