Does this need to be done every time the power goes out? For example if I'm not home or in the middle of the night and the power goes out for a few hours? Which is what happened to me and now one of the fittings starts to leak when I turn on the hot water. Do I just need to release the elbow fitting? Or do you think there is more going on ?

How do you add more pressure to the tankless water heater? Ours is now low.

@karenvasquez4578 An annual descaling will help the tankless with flow and pressure, there are also a couple of screens that get clogged up and typically need cleaning out. They can be found on the cold inlet and the recirculating line. Stay safe if you are working on these, always turn the power, gas, and water off before servicing.

I noticed the gas line is 3/4 in but the steele pipe at the wall is 1/2 in. Dies that create a problem?
