Hi, I am new to geometry theory and am enjoying your videos. Thank you. Can you please explain why in this instance and in a number of your videos in this series I have noticed, you have taken the extra steps to calculate the parallel line location using a compass instead of using a set square off of line "r", measure the distance from line "r" to point "A", then repeat this measurement at the other end of line "r" to establish your second point "B"? I feel like for this example, the compass has just overcomplicated the process? Cheers
