I always have difficulties to make a Proper Skull Picture as Tattoo Design. I Surely Love the way you Gently EXPLAIN Step by Step to make that kinda Skull Tattoo Design as Embellishedly (it is the Style of a kind of "Day of The Dead Celebration/ Sugar Skull" Style-so, Embellishing the Picture's Illustration is a Main Point) Good & Proper as it Looks. part of the thing is you need the right paper. marker paper is the best -- my preferred brand is Letraset Bleedproof Marker paper
