This is better than a step by step because you explain everything and give tips. You’ve helped me so much and I hope to be as talented as you one day.

You are the man. Great teaching and drawing what more could a man ask from you. Other than being in a class room or work shop this is as good as it will be. Thanks!! It helped me. Going to books a million and buying a book of yours. At 60 my public job is behind me. Now a i can draw and paint almost ever day. Who knows i might make enough to pay for supplys. If not no big deal.

I had to laugh at 18:50 where he said it’s like Batman’s put on too much weight. I was reminded of a session by Jim Lee where he was drawing Aquaman and for fun added a chubby Batman floating by in an inner tube.

Thank you so much for this bro. Great video, as always. Also, thank you for linking me to your video on rendering. I'm kind of slow like that. If you look at the concept of the thin lines facing towards the light, it's kind of obvious, now. I used to get confused as to why the rendering lines faced different directions, even on the same body part, ie pecs or abs and obliques. I would love to see a detailed video on adding shadows throughout the body with rendering. This is why you're my top fav Comic Book Artist.

Try the scribble approach like pages 56 and 57 of How To Draw Comics The Marvel Way.

Oh my god, I just saw slim fast in the fastest scenario ever. First time watching. Going to be a long time listener with that eraser you. You just went crazy and you knocked at least 15 to 20 lb off that character picture still looks great. Oh man, he went on an instant diet instead of months. You just did it in a matter a second but it still looks great and I want to finish the show but had to make a comment and made me laugh
