Step 2:- Change the stroke mode with a width profile...
Step 3:- Drag and Drop to Brush box and then click create a new brush...
Step 4:- Select art brush then select method tints...
Step 5:- Double click on the brush tool and increase smoothness...

Right but this is done through mouse, that's why we need to create custom brush. (without pen tablet)
