I think ya got the eyes a little too squinty. She has a really earnest expression in her photo, and ya got her looking kind of catty instead, like she's about to attack another girl! All your strokes I see over-emphasize the vertical, know what I mean? The good news is you do have good control of the pen-strokes, which is something I have to work on. Newsprint pad...here I come!

No offense, but rowser world playing over and over and over in the background is very monotonous. Bad enough to turn you off. Your teaching is awesome, but repetitive music like that can be quite annoying. Thanks for all your teaching! I still can't draw.. hahaha Maybe eventually.
