Why hf=1.125*m instead hf=1.25*m?

is the 20 degree rotation standard angle to rotate or it changes with with dimensions and one more thing 1.125 multiply also standard

He drawing normal gear. Normal gears have 20 degree pressure angle. Line is for finding base circle.
