Hey this is amazing! I am planning to start learning how to draw cartoons, I am aiming to this particular style but I haven't found much content online, any suggestions to start training your hand to draw and sketch and design in this style?

Thank you! I apologize for taking 2 weeks to see this, I hope I can still help :) I think my biggest suggestion would be to find as many references as you can from cartoons of the time period. Sometimes tracing can help you get used to how it feels to draw in that style, so maybe you want to print some out and practice like that. Then it's a matter of training not only your hand, but your eye as well, to be able to recognize certain elements from your references and see what makes a rubber hose cartoon a rubber hose cartoon. I don't want to bog you down with too many details in a comment but these are the most important things I think! My 'rubber hose shenanigans' playlist has 2 videos where I do some character design. The first one is a bit long but those might help!
