How to Draw the Hollow Knot w/Pointed Corners [4x4 Celtic Knot #3]

In this video I show you how to draw the "hollow" Celtic knot. This is another basic knot that's good for beginners. It uses the 4x4 grid method. I call it the hollow knot because of the square-shaped empty space at the center of the completed knot.
Like episode 03 in the 4x4 knot series, this knot also uses 4 break lines. However, in this design, the break lines are all connected to form a square. Whenever you create an enclosed shape with your break lines, there will be no knots within that space. Keep that in mind when you are designing your own knots.
I find drawing Celtic knots to be very relaxing and meditative. Going slowly and focusing on my lines puts me in a zen state. Time flies by as I draw in a flow-state.
