This video is therapy in itself! I used to visualize that I still had my youthful, slim body - and actually shopped as if I was a size 6 instead of the size 14 that I am. But now I shop for my real-time-body. I look so much better and feel more confident. Also, I tend to ask myself if my clothing/style is age-appropriate. Why do I do that to myself? There’s no age listed on the sizing tags! Your video has given me a new and freeing perspective. Thanks so much!

Our church is pretty casual but most of us still choose to dress up a little and just show that respect. I can’t see myself dressing up for dinner with friends but not dressing up for the Lord.
