Oh my gosh I love so so much Beautiful Campus of Boston University and Haha Yeah, i love Snowy cold winter season. I can't explain my love for Snowy season. ❤😁😊

If it's really cold - to me, that's below 30 with a little breeze, wear three or four layers. If it's mid-30s and up with no real wind, a hoodie is fine.
