I'm currently making a defending guide, and then a tactics one (how i play and how i use the instructions in my gameplan) seeing as few people have asked. I'm abit strapped for time, and i'm not to big on just making a video and releasing it to get it out. So while i will be making one finishing, i can't say when exactly. Thanks for the amazing work, but I really do have a question, about the dribbling using the L1, do you have to keep tapping it each time you wanna change direction and escape a tackle or I simply hold the L1 while moving around?

I depends a little bit. The concept of taping it is because of the change of momentum, so for escaping tackles specificially tapping is better. It is still useful while holding in to dribble and challenge a defender generally aswell, but it's more in 1v1 situations to force a challenge rather when trying to escape a tackle.

Can you do any of these with regular gold or even some rare gold cards. It’s soooooooo much easier when you all have all these special cards. So first of all you need your credit card before learning any skills

Some of the examples are from the first week of Fifa, where there were no special cards (i made this post 2nd week of FIFA www.reddit.com/r/FIFA/comments/xy8lf7/easy_tips_tricks_on_dribbling_fifa_23_guide_no/?) I’ve also made elite with a 10k team playing like this. So it’s definitely doable, the biggest difference with special cards is they can finish the chances you create, how you create them won’t change if you have 95 Bellingham or normal merino seeing as your decision making is still the same. Never spent money on FIFA (no hate on those who do, just don’t think it’s worth). Trading is fairly straightforward if one puts in a little effort

Nice attention to detail mate. Didn't even know i did that until i looked for it after your comment. It doesn't have any effect to the shots themselves as the shot is already gone when i press. It''s a habit, that doesn't really have any meaning other than me being impatient in wanting to re-position my players for the next sequence of play.
