A good rule of thumb for steering wheel position: You should be able to put your wrists on the top of the wheel, with a slight bend in your elbow.

I'm not a drifter but I definitely stress proper seating position while driving....I have 2 settings on my seat ...one for fully focused driving and the other for a more relaxed style of driving.

My only recommendation is tune that tire psi to the car and your foot. My boy runs his about 40 as well but I’m about 35/36 in the back cause my foot is heavy. Everything else is spot on 💯

suspension, rebound and bump stiffness specifically, it also could be your tires trying to grip while ur sliding causing the vibration

Make sure your traction is completely off, it might be due to the car trying to straighten out. Also if you have adjustable coilovers you might wanna try stiffening them up and lowering them so it stays planted
